How I Use AI
AI is a core part of my daily IT and MSP work — not a novelty, but a force multiplier. I use it to accelerate PowerShell development, audit and harden Microsoft 365 security configurations, design multi-stage automation pipelines in N8N, and produce client-facing documentation and SOPs.
I maintain structured knowledge bases and persistent memory schemas so my AI agents carry context across sessions and continuously build on evolving workflows. This means each session starts where the last one left off — no repeated context, no lost decisions. The result is an AI-augmented development loop that compounds in value over time.
I apply AI across the full stack — from code, logic, and architecture to branding, reporting, communications, and client deliverables. Whether it is scaffolding Docker configurations, drafting incident response procedures, or reviewing infrastructure changes, AI is woven into every stage of my workflow.
